Delivery time

Products in stock are delivered within 2–5 business days. Peak periods, weekends and public holidays may affect the delivery time. If a product you have ordered is not in stock, we will email you an estimated delivery time.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking code by email. You can follow your parcel with it. The parcel is delivered to the service point selected at the ordering stage, and you receive an arrival notification by mail, email or SMS. Orders sent as a letter cannot be tracked.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return conditions, the return address and refunds are described in more detail in our refund policy.

Delivery problems and faulty products

If you do not receive your parcel, a product is damaged in transit, or a product is faulty, contact us immediately by email at hello@djusie.com. If the parcel was damaged in transit, also file a claim with the shipping company. A defect must be reported within a reasonable time from when it was noticed or should have been noticed.

We are liable for product defects in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
