Returns and exchanges

You have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978, Chapter 6) to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. A notice is enough — you may use a withdrawal form or notify us in any other unambiguous way by email at hello@djusie.com.

You may examine the product as you would in a shop. If the value of the product has diminished more than is necessary to establish its nature and functionality, you are responsible for that decrease in value. The returned product should where possible be in its original packaging.

Please include a copy of the order confirmation with your return, together with your name, customer number, phone number, email address and address. If you wish to exchange the product, let us know what you would like to exchange it for.

Returns are free of charge for you. We will refund all payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your withdrawal notice. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the order.
