Your rights

Right to information (Articles 13 and 14)

You have the right to be informed about how your personal data is collected and used. We provide this information in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Right of access (Article 15)

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to rectification (Article 16)

You have the right to ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data about you.

Right to erasure (Article 17)

Also known as the right to be forgotten. You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances, for example when the data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.

Right to restrict processing (Article 18)

You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain situations.

Right to data portability (Article 20)

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to another controller where technically feasible.

Right to object (Article 21)

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, for example for direct marketing purposes.

Right to withdraw consent

Where we rely on your consent to process personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Finland, the supervisory authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

How to exercise your rights

We will respond to your request within one month of receipt. Where requests are complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further two months and will inform you of any such extension and the reasons for it.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request in order to protect your personal data.
