Return Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to exchange and/or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The return right applies only to items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
How to return an item
Include a copy of the order when sending an item back for return or exchange. Also include your name, customer number, phone number, email and address. For exchanges, please include the information on what you wish to exchange the item for.

Return processing and refunds
We will not accept returns after 14 business days. Once we have received your return, it will be processed. When the return is accepted, a refund will be made to the original payment method.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damaged or faulty products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@djusie.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the package was damaged in transport, a claim must also be made with the shipping company. Notifications must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened, tested or used cosmetic products. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
